Jamboree offers quality affordable housing and services in 93 communities from San Diego to Sacramento. To qualify for an apartment at one of our properties, residents generally earn between 30% and 60% of the area median income (AMI). The average household income for our residents is $26,569. Because of the overwhelming need for more affordable housing, nearly half of Jamboree properties have a wait list, many with 2,000+ names, which can translate to more than a three-year wait. Jamboree is constantly developing and constructing new affordable homes. We work alongside city planners and bring together businesses large and small to provide neighborhoods with more housing for residents that, in turn, creates more business. Many of our properties feature onsite resident services and events.
